Event marketing SaaS EventHub Raises $4.5M Series A
Tokyo, Japan, November 1st 2022 – Event marketing platform provider EventHub announced today that it has raised $4.5M (650 million JPY) in its series A round, bringing the company’s total fundraising to $6.7M (1 billion JPY) to date. The round was led by JAFCO and followed by Uzabase.
EventHub enables companies to expand their businesses by acquiring quality leads through event marketing. It is Japan’s leading event marketing platform, used by over 600,000 attendees and over 350 customers, including Adobe, JETRO, Informa Markets, RAKUTEN, and Accenture.
With the latest round of funding, EventHub aims to expand its market share in Japan further and expand its global outreach, especially in the Asia-Pacific region. It also aims to strengthen its marketing features to enable customers to maximize the effectiveness of lead acquisition and lead nurturing from their events and video content generated through their events.
EventHub also plans to collaborate and integrate with Uzabase’s suite of products, including SPEEDA, FORCAS, and NewsPicks, which are Japan’s leading business intelligence, B2B marketing, and social business media platforms, respectively. By leveraging Uzabase’s business data assets, large customer base, and content-producing capabilities, EventHub aims to bolster its positioning as the leading event marketing solution in Japan.
